By completing this audition form, you are submitting yourself for consideration for selection to the 2026 All-State Orchestra. After the completion of the information below, you will then be asked to upload your audition files. Please have your files ready to upload before starting the form below. These files must be saved in either MP3 or M4A formats to be accepted. Each page of the form must be filled out within 15 minutes, or for security purposes you will have to restart your form.

Student Verification

By checking this box I understand that all auditioning students must be a current member of their school Orchestra, Band or Choir from time of audition through the completion of the concert on Saturday, January 17th, 2026. Homeschooled students must either participate in the Orchestra, Band or Choir of the school they would attend if not homeschooled or be a member of another youth orchestra, which must be approved by the Indiana All-State Orchestra Coordinators.

Additionally, all school Orchestra Directors must be current ASTA members from the time of audition through the completion of the 2026 Indiana All-State Orchestra performance, Saturday, January 17th, 2026. Band and Choir Directors must either be current ASTA, IBA or NAfME members. Memberships will be verified by the Membership Chair of ASTA, IBA and NAfME. Online Audition Submission due by 11:59pm, Sunday, October 12th, 2025.

Students applying on more than one instrument must complete this entire process for EACH of the instruments and pay separate application fees.
